Representative office of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine is requesting you to submit a commercial offer for the purchase of tablets and laptops within the framework of the project “Emergency relief and protection services to the conflict affected population in Ukraine” financed by the AA, Help, NAKK.

Please send your proposal with the technical specification and financial proposal (in the attached files «Annex. 1 Technical Specification_PUKR-003-22-23-СS91», and «Annex 2. Financial Offer Form_PUKR-003-22-23-СS91») with the contact information of the supplier and signature in the PDF format.

Be sure to check the availability of all necessary documents before sending the letter. In order to participate in the tender, it is mandatory to accept the general provisions and conditions of operation of the Representative office of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine, which can be found at the following link: https://data.help-ev.de/sharing/ehtKSdJ0e

To confirm acceptance of the above conditions, it is necessary to sign document GEN_2-4_Confirmation_of_Compliance (in the attached file).

The deadline for submission offers is 21.09.2023 till 19:00 Kyiv time, offers sent after this time will not be considered.
