Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing documents for audit following help procurement procedures.
- Organize the procurement of goods and services, conduct market research, develop relevant documents, and select suppliers.
- Assist field specialists in creating clear and understandable purchase requests.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for Help’s supplies and financial transactions.
- Collecting, archiving, and regularly updating project-related documents (contracts, proposals, attachments, invoices, reports).
- Assist the program and office staff in procurement.
Qualifications and skills:
- University degree preferred (finance, administration, law, etc.)
- English language proficiency at least B1 level is required (reading, writing).
- IT skills (word, excel).
- Experience in procurement or related field is desirable.
- communication skills, initiative, and responsibility.
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.

Reporting: The Procurement Assistant will report to the Procurement Officer according to the procedure established by Help.
