On November 5, representatives of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe took part in WINPACCS Customer Day 2025 in Wetzlar, where the deputy head of the representative office in Ukraine, Kostyantyn Nenakhov, presented the organization’s practical experience in project control and financial management during the war.
The Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe representative office in Ukraine took part in WINPACCS Customer Day 2025, which was held on November 5 in Wetzlar (Germany) and online. The event was organized by the WINPACCS development team, which traditionally holds this event for software users from various organizations.
Konstantin Nenakhov, Deputy Head of Help’s representative office in Ukraine, gave a presentation in which he shared the organization’s practical experience in project control and management in the context of full-scale war. He spoke about Help’s work in Ukraine, approaches to financial monitoring and reporting, as well as the key processes that the team uses to effectively implement programs to support the population.

The event brought together representatives of German and international organizations working with WINPACCS and served as a platform for professional exchange, discussion, and networking. Participants received updated information about new and improved software features and learned about upcoming changes to the financial accounting module.
