Representative office of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine is requesting you to submit a commercial offer for the procurement of Specialized ambulance vehicle.
Please send your proposal with the technical specification and financial proposal with the contact information of the supplier and signature in the PDF format. Be sure to submit all supporting documents mentioned in RFQ.

In order to participate in the tender, it is mandatory to accept the general provisions and conditions of operation of the Representative office of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine, which can be found at the following link: https://data.help-ev.de/sharing/ehtKSdJ0e.
To confirm acceptance of the above conditions, it is necessary to sign document Annex 4.GEN_2-4_Confirmation_of_Compliance (in the attached file).
The deadline for submission offers is 23.11.2023 till 18:00 Kyiv time, offers sent after this time will not be considered.
