MEAL ASSISTANT FOR THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE OF HELP — HILFE ZUR SELBSTHILFE IN UKRAINE

Location: 44 Velyka Vasylkivska St., Kyiv, with frequent travel to Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa and other regions.

Help is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of MEAL Assistant to support project activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring the maintenance of primary reporting documentation
• Regularly participate in monitoring visits to project sites to collect data, check the quality of activities and provide feedback to beneficiaries.
• Ensuring the implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems for the Foundation’s projects.
• Conducting weekly data collection and providing information to the chief specialist/management.
• Organizing and conducting surveys of clients and specialists within the project.
• Participation in the development, maintenance and improvement of reporting and statistical documentation on monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure organized storage of reports in a designated location.
• Performing operational tasks assigned by management, such as preparing quarterly reports, checking data quality, etc.
• Completion and submission of required reporting forms in Ukrainian and English.
• Support the Field Officer both during field visits and in the office.
• Perform other tasks as agreed with the manager.
  

Skills and qualifications:

Higher education.

• Ability to learn quickly and easily perceive large amounts of information.
• Active knowledge of oral and written English.
• IT awareness.
• Developed communication and interpersonal skills, responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Certificates and advanced training: PSEA, BSAFE, FIELD «Introduction to MEAL».
