Awarding of the first open grants has been completed!

Local initiatives, real solutions, and community development — this is what the Help! Localisation Programme focuses on.
We have completed our first open grant competition and already have 14 projects that will receive support to implement important changes in their regions.

14 projects have been selected to receive funding from the HLF.

In total, these initiatives will be implemented by 18 organisations, including partners in consortia.

The competition was held in two grant lines — €800,000 and €250,000.

During two meetings of the Grant Committee, all applications were carefully reviewed, after which the final decisions were made.

The results of the competition are as follows:

  • 8 projects will receive grants of €800,000
  • 6 projects will receive grants of €250,000

Partner agreements are currently being prepared and active communication with the winners is under start implementing their projects as soon as possible.

This competition was an important step in the development of the HLF Localisation Programme and the formation of a community of partners who will work to strengthen community resilience and develop local organisations in Ukraine.
