
The organisation Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe continues to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. Participants in the 7th coordination meeting of the SME Resilience Alliance discussed ways to align international assistance to entrepreneurs with the national SME development strategy for 2024–2027.

The Recovery Forum Southern Vector was held in Odesa, bringing together representatives of government agencies, international and civil society organisations to discuss ways to rebuild and support communities in southern Ukraine.

Over 5,000 km, more than 20 meetings, and hundreds of hours of candid conversations — this is how the Help team conducted a series of regional dialogues with local organisations to hear their needs and jointly outline ways for development.

Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe in Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Regional Development Agency ‘Office of European Integration’ of the Kherson Region.

At the end of July, the HLF Localisation Programme entered a new phase — the Dialogue within the HLF. More than 25 organisations from different regions of Ukraine that have successfully passed the Registration and Due Diligence Phase have been invited to participate.

“I was impressed by the motivation, atmosphere, and engagement of the team in Ukraine,” shared Anja Weidner, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator, after her two-week visit to Ukraine.
