Discussion of the Roadmap for Developing Human Resource Capacity in Ukraine’s Agricultural Sector

We took part in the Skills4Recovery event, which was dedicated to discussing the Roadmap for Developing Human Resource Capacity in Ukraine’s Agricultural Sector up to 2030.

At the start of the month, our Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe team took part in the Skills4Recovery event, which was dedicated to discussing the Roadmap for Developing Human Resource Capacity in Ukraine’s Agricultural Sector by 2030.

The discussions centred on the agrarian sector’s human resources challenges, human capital development, European integration, the modernisation of vocational education, international experience in training specialists, and strengthening cooperation between the state, business, educational institutions and international partners.

It is important for us to stay abreast of the approaches and decisions that will shape the future of the sectors which ensure the economic resilience of communities and the restoration of livelihoods.
