On 16 and 17 June this year, the Empower Conference took place. The event provided an excellent platform for sharing experience, establishing partnerships and discussing current challenges in the humanitarian sector
This week, our team, led by Director Alexander Novikov, took part in the Empower Conference, which brought together representatives of civil society, international organisations, donors and experts.
The conference served as a platform for discussing the current challenges facing the humanitarian sector in Ukraine, as well as opportunities to strengthen cooperation between organisations. Participants had the opportunity to take part in panel discussions, thematic sessions and debates focusing on recovery, community resilience, the localisation of humanitarian aid and the development of partnerships.

Particular attention was paid to sharing practical experience of project implementation, finding effective solutions to contemporary challenges, and strengthening the role of local organisations in humanitarian response processes.
Participating in such events allows us to deepen our expertise, expand our partnerships and introduce new approaches to our work in order to provide more effective support to the people of Ukraine.
We will continue to actively participate in professional platforms for sharing experience and developing the humanitarian sector.
