The Charitable organization “Charitable Foundation “District #1” in partnership with Representative office of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine is requesting you to submit a commercial offer for works on reconstruction of 22 houses in Kyiv region, within the project “Provision of housing solutions, micro business support and community revitalization in Ukraine” financed by the ADH.

The deadline for submission offers is 27.10.2023 till 19:00 Kyiv time, offers sent after this time will not be considered.

It is obligatory to specify in the e-mail subject line: PUKR-011-22-23-DIST02

The offer should be sent to the e-mail address ONLY: ukr-procurement@help-ev.de

Please send your proposal with the completed Technical specification (Annex 3), and financial offer form (Annex 5) in the attached files, including the supplier’s contact information and signature in the PDF format. Be sure to check the availability of all necessary documents before sending the letter.

In order to participate in the tender, it is mandatory to accept the general provisions and conditions of operation of the Representative office of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine, which can be found at the following link: https://data.help-ev.de/sharing/ehtKSdJ0e.

To confirm acceptance of the above conditions, it is necessary to sign document Annex 4.GEN_2-4_Confirmation_of_Compliance (in the attached file).
